Panel mounting

Panel installation should be executed in full accordance to developed work production plan, which should be conformed to panel installation requirements.

Panel installation procedure begins with validity check of metal building frame assembly and basement construction.

You should check availability of all completion materials, special tools and devices at the construction site.

The package with panels should be unloaded immediately at the place of their installation to prevent multiple movements of panels.

The package should be unloaded with feather joint of panel directed to wall side to prevent turning of the panels to other side during installation.

All panels should be taken out of the package.

Do not pull or push the panels. Do not lay down any other loads or subjects on the panels.

During installation, follow the recommendations of the manufacturer and panel installation drawings.

List of tools, required for installation:

• Lifting tackles (strongback, textile straps).

• Special gripper for panel strapping.

• Electric saw, electric fretsaw.

• Angle drive grinder.

• Riveting hammer (for rivet of 4*10-4*12mm).

• Electric drill machine with heads.

• Nibble shears (left and right).

• Geodetic level set with geodetic equipment.
