The quality of manufactured products should be preserved during material handling, transportation, warehousing at construction site and during installation.

For that purpose, ISOBUD company developed three types of product packing depending on delivery method to the customer.

1- standard – products are packed up on the supports of polystyrene foam.

With this type of packing the panels are covered with polyethylene film, fixed tough in packing unit with polypropylene strips, top surface is covered with two coats of cardboard.

2- typical –  products are packed up on wood pallets.

Panels are covered with polyethylene film, fixed tough in packing unit with polypropylene strips, top surface is covered with two coats of cardboard.

3- «automobile car» - products are packed up on wood pallets.

Panels are covered with two coats of polyethylene film, all edges of panel package are covered with wood fiber board; panels are fixed tough in packing unit with polypropylene strips.

It is recommended to transport panel package using eurowagons. For panel transportation and storage, they are formed in unitized loads up to 1,20m in height with weight to 3t.

Packages are located in transportation vehicle with height of 2,4m at most and two rows across the width and are fixed with holding straps of 10m in length (2 straps for every package of upper row).
