Steel structure manufacture

The procedure of steel structure manufacturing consists of four main steps:

1.     Reception of rolled metal products and preproduction for part manufacturing (preproduction shop).

Metal working lines provide surface cleaning of all received rolled metal products from rust and oxide scale.

2.     Manufacture of rolled metal product parts (production shop).

Production shop serves for manufacture of stock materials of rolled metal products for different complexity and design.

3.    Arrangement and welding of metalware from completed parts.

Welding of metalware can be performed in protective gas media, mixture of reactionless gases as well as under fluxing agent layer.

4.     Painting, packing and shipping.

The chambers of surface shot-blast cleaning (for higher quality painting preproduction of metalware) and the painting line are used at the painting shop.
