Steel structures are made on up-to-date hi-tech equipment of world's leading companies such as “Messer”, “Sabi”, “Stierli”, “Omis”, “Durma”, “Kjellberg”, “Ficep”, “Kemppi” By means of it high accuracy of geometrical sizes is ensured during steel structures manufacturing that essentially speeds up mounting process.

Preproduction and technical control of finished goods allow achieving high quality of products.

Building steel frame is designed from steel structures of complete delivery.

Joint of columns of a framework to the bases - rigid or swing in one or two planes, with frames - swing, with beams of a covering-rigid or swing.

Stability of frameworks of a building is provided with rigidity of frames and (or) system of connections on columns and covering. Columns of a framework are designed of H-section (columned) flanges or through. Frames can be executed from cold-closed welded profile or from a corner, beams - from flanged beams perforated or variable cross-section.

Beams of a roofing are executed from rolling or roll-formed channels.

Steel structures are delivered protected from corrosion with surface preparation for painting by means of sandblast cleaning or painted.

Ferrous structures are manufactured according to G0ST 23118-99.

Raw materials.

The order for manufacturing of steel structures is possible of rolling of any steel grades, applied for building designs. The basic material for application is steel С345-3, С 345-1, С255, С245, С 235 according to G0ST 27772-88, steel 3 kp according to G0ST 535-88.

Processing and anticorrosive protection of finished products.

Finished products are subjected sandblast cleaning thoroughly with the usage of German equipment.

The factory executes antirust processing of steel structures by all kinds of paintwork materials, specified in Construction Codes and Regulations 2.03.11-85. At the factory, any quantity of paint-and-lacquer material layers can be coated as it is stipulated by the design.

Types of an anticorrosion coating, kinds of paintwork materials and quantity of layers are designated by the design organization depending on construction service conditions and are standardized in Construction Codes and Regulations 2.03.11-85.
